Sean and Ebony made sure the new unit was ready to move in asap.
I love living here at Allyson Gardens Il.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — I would tell them I Love It The property is very well maintained. If you have any maintenance issues it will be taken care of right away. Don't believe the negative reviews people have written. I have been living here for 5 months and have not seen any mice. Its very quiet and peaceful. Its just a tranquil environment. I love coming home to my apartment everyday.

I am sooooo happy in my new home I just can't thank her enough, when I came in to look at a unit in July she Not only made me feel welcome but was so professional I could not believe it for her generation really impress with her and was so glad she was the person that I got.. 90 of my decision to move here was because of her. Tents always saying what is wrong I just wanted to let Corp. know what a gem you all have in her and hopefully she will be with the company for many years to come. Thank you in advance for your attention regarding this letter of appreciation

The staff in the office is very polite and try their best to help you any problems, if they are unable to help you they will find someone else who knows more. The maintenance department is very pleasant and comes to do what's need in a reasonable time frame. I'm very pleased at this present time renting with them, I highly recommend the community.

|Recommended: YesThis Community Is Beautiful And Peaceful — Whenever someone ask me about my new place here at Allyson II, I can only tell them how amazing my experience has been. My son and I moved all the way from New Jersey and looked at MANY different communities before I made the decision to move into Allyson. My spouse actually applied site unseen because of how much I loved the community talk about TRUST haha. The leasing agents they have are so helpful and available whenever you need them Also, they are very close to markets shops restaurants, and not to mention extremely close to Owings Mills Elementary, which is a wonderful school

|Recommended: YesAll Is Well And Quiet. — Moved here from PA it's nice and quiet. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I need to give a big kudos to one staff members Daunetta Hagens or Dee for short she has made this place like home and if I need anything she is there for me. It made it a lot easier to get settled into Owings Mills and Alyston Gardens 2. Big thanks to Dee

|Recommended: YesFantastic Area — This Apartment complex was the last group of APTs I reviewed. I found the area wonderful, quiet, and everyone is cordial and nice to talk to.
Enrollment was quick Donetta was the person I dealt with. She made sure I had everything I needed and took care of everything the same day.
|Recommended: YesGreat Perks — Let's just say the perks are awesome and so is the community I got in on a deal that allowed the first two month's of RENT FREE They also have a program that helps with the last 500 of the security deposit Win, win, win If you refer someone to this great community, you are given a 1000 It just keeps getting better, right The location is less than a .05mi off of Reisterstown rd, which is ideal from a new Wegman's and many shops Miss Dawnetta in the leasing office is fantastic and makes sure your needs are priority Miss Erica is great too Maintenance is prompt and friendly The pool is the LARGEST I've ever seen in an apartment community and the fitness center is right near the pool With life guards always on duty Ample parking I cannot say enough about this beautiful community
