|Recommended: Yes1St Apartment — Love the upkeep of the property Parking is ok could be better maybe assigned spots would work a lot better bigger parking spots Walls are very thin I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. Maintenance is amazing They come the next day, no problems besides over flow of dumpsters. My 1st apartment I love it. Oh I hateeeee the steps lol especially living on the top floor.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I moved in here at the start of October 2016 and I have had very little to complain about so far. The neighbors and the community in general are quiet and I have never had any problems parking my car.
I am staying in a one bedroom apartment and a for a single guy, i can say that its spacious and I like the layout of the apartment.
The staff are very professional and Brittany in particular has been a delight to communicate with.
Overall I would recommend living here to anyone.

|Recommended: YesAg Ii - A Nature's Bounty — As a lover of nature and all its wonders, it's no wonder that I absolutely love living at AG II. From the weeping willow at poolside to the rosebushes planted right by the front steps leading to and from the parking lot. There's also, of course, the animals, which range from a variety of bird species to foxes, deer, chipmunks, flying squirrels, and others all living and communing in harmony right here in our very own serene and almost private locale.
In addition to the glory of nature's bounty encircling the grounds, my life is further enriched by having the most wonderful property and community manager you could ask for. My thanks to Ted and Erica for making apartment living such a dream. I appreciate all your incredible efforts with ensuring that my home stays where my heart is. Your office staff is very courteous and friendly, and your maintenance crew, including your maintenance supervisor, Steve, do everything that's needed to keep me smiling. May God bless you all

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — The trees are beautiful, I have never rented from a place as quiet as this one. The lay out of the apartments is perfect. I love everything about it. I would definitely recommend this place, it's charming.

|Recommended: YesAllyson Gardens Ii Is A Great Community Environment To Live In. — I have only been in the community for about 5 weeks I love it. The people in the community are friendly and respectable. The office staff are outstanding and the maintence crew are awesome. Their is a playground in the community for toddlers and very young children. If you are a swimmer, their is also a swimming pool and for the physical fitness, their is a Gym on the premises.

|Recommended: YesNice Area With Friendly Neighbors — Owings Mill is quiet area. During the snow storm, the crew for the complex did an excellent job on clearing out the snow. The neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance crew have been very timely with their responses. Allyson Gardens II has been a good place to live, I would recommend.
|Recommended: YesThis Is A Great Property And Great Place To Live — The apartment layout is nice and the wooded location is beautiful and private. Grounds are maintained exceptionally well. Parking is great. Maintenance is terrific, especially Maurice. Staff is professional and courteous. I am enjoying living here very much. Close to reisterstown road too.
|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — My experience with Allyson Gardens started before i even got my keys. Elaine in the office listened to my wants and needs, and searched until she found my home. Since i have moved in, the staff have been friendly, helpful, and professional. They answer maintenance requests immediately The one bedroom apartment that i live in is roomy, and i feel at home. I appreciate how the landscaping is kept up with and constantly trying to be improved After work parking can be a challenge, but with that being said, i get home from work around 3 am so most people are already home and in bed. Hoping maybe someday they will allow assigned parking or parking via permit at a minimal cost. Although i have yet to use it, i am excited about the 24 hour fitness center. And i cant wait to use the pool this summer. It has easy access to 795 and 140, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I am quite content here and would highly recommend this community to anyone whom is looking for a future abode
|Recommended: YesA Place To Call Home — When my husband and I started our search for an apartment, let's just say, we were filled with discouragement and trepidation. We were newlyweds returning from our honeymoon, and our previous arrangements to rent a house had not panned out, as we expected. So there we were, frantically searching for a place to call home, and praying that our decision would not be one ill-conceived from desperation. I stumbled across Allyson Gardens II during an internet search and called, begging to take a tour with about 20 minutes left before closing. But of course, that did not deter the staff from waiting patiently to guide me through the property. From the first telephone conversation to the signing of the lease, my husband and I knew that this community was an answered prayer. It is our privilege to call Allyson Gardens II home. We are so grateful for the Office and Maintenance staff. Their tireless efforts, especially during this winter, and ability to address any issues or concerns, has won our hearts. And of course, we will like to add a special thank you for the new gym
|Recommended: YesContent — I have been at Allyson Gardens II for 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. The staff Elaine, Najia were so friendly during my move in. My apartment fits all my needs. It's spacious and cozy. The location is ideal, nice and secluded and its very quiet. I would also like to commend the maintenance staff for their outstanding job during the blizzard. They worked from sun up to sundown everyday to assure the parking lots and sidewalks were passable. Great Job
|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — I currently have resided in this community since June 2015. I had been shopping around for many other apartment options however, I was delighted by the welcoming atmosphere that I felt when coming for a tour last June 2015. Leasing agent Najia sat down with me prior to going on the apartment tour to find out my needs in an apartment. I decided after the tour to look at other apartments however, based on Najia friendly and inviting personality and the price of the apartment, I decided that Allyson Gardens would be an idea fit for my new home. The apartment community team since my stay here have all been very helpful and understanding of my needs. The maintenance team seems to consist of very dedicated hardworking individuals who respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient matter. The community overall does a great job trying to engage residents with special events to build resident morale. I am very happy with my quality of living in this community overall.

|Recommended: YesA Happy Tenant — I must give a great big round of applause to Elaine She made my choice to become a tenant, extremely easy. Best of all, her professional yet personable attitude has not changed, which I can truly appreciate I have absolutely no complaints since moving in, in August which is good because I am not the easiest to please...lol . Anytime I've reached out, I've always been able to speak with someone in the office, which is the complete opposite of my last apartment experience, when I put in a maintenance request, they have been addressed prompty, the grounds are very well kept as are the facilities, the staff periodically do things events to engage the tenants.... I am very happy that I made the decision to move here I'm also truly thankful for Elaine and Na'jia. They're great
