|Recommended: YesMy Stay At Allyson Gardens Ii — I would like to stay at Allyson Gardens II for another 3 years. The maintenance staff is excellent. They usually respond in less than 48 hours, sometimes within hours of the work order. The office staff is excellent and also the maintenance staff. I highly recommend Allyson Gardens II for their concern and appreciation for their tenants.

|Recommended: YesHappy After Almost Two Years — After deciding to move out of the city and closer to work, we decided on Owings Mills. We actually had planned to look at three or four places. This was the first stop and we stopped looking after we saw it. The place had too many things we liked about it to keep looking. Sizeable rooms. Two full bathrooms and in unit washer and dryer. And it's pet friendly. We've actually put off our house buying decision because we're so happy here. Come and check it out.
|Recommended: YesPerfect For Working Class People And Children...getting More Than What You're Paying For Trust Me. — very practical...i love the low-maintenance layout...the baseboards are easy to wipe clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are easy to clean...carpet is the perfect color where you will know if its filthy but its not going to look nasty just from a spilling something after you clean it up....its great for someone who spends alot of time at work and wants to be able to pick up quickly...i have a daughter and we love it...we have loud people above us but i dont blame allyson gardens II...i do believe allyson gardens II could do more to soundproof between the walls and floors though...and i really hope they do...and no its not perfect but that makes it that much better to me...im getting more than what im paring in my opinion...and i like all of the staff ive come across so far.

|Recommended: YesAllyson Gardens Ii - There's No Place Like Home — If you're looking for a great apartment, Allyson Gardens II is where you need to be. I should know since I've lived on the property for more than six years. The community is so pleasant and inviting. I simply enjoy the view coming out my apartment everyday as well as when I return home. The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. The maintenance crew is as terrific as it gets. They are in your apartment within 24 to 48 hours or sooner, and the job is not only completed well but in a very efficient manner. There is no wasting your time or theirs. I also absolutely love the leasing office staff. You couldn't ask for more. Ted, the property manager, Erika, the assistant property manager, and Laura, and Nijia, both leasing specialists, are incredible. And no worries if you're wondering if you'll fit in. There's no doubt you will if you're looking for a perfect place to fit all your needs and interests. And unlike where my sister lives, no one in the leasing office is above answering the phone to assist you. This includes Ted, the property manager himself. They're each there to answer your every concern and to resolve any problem immediately or as soon as possible. You go in or you call, it doesn't matter. They really do care. I couldn't be happier with my residency here. I have people who are looking out for me each and everyday. That says and means a lot. If you're looking for a place to really call home, a place where you can live in peace and quiet , in an apartment that has a great layout with all the amenities and more, please come and take a look at an Allyson Gardens II apartment. |Recommended: YesOverall The Complex Is Good. For The Size Of The Apartments And Amenities I Think They Are Over Priced But In Owings Mills I Guess You Cant Get Anymore Cheaper. — Been here 3 years. Overall I like the complex. Washer Dryer in unit is a plus and the staff are friendly. Maintenance need to step up with the time a request is completed. Oftentimes you have to call and remind them but when its done usually its done correctly. Most of the neighbors are friendly and area is safe. I think they should not allow pets as the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors dog barking all the time.

|Recommended: YesWilling To Compromise And Very Helpful — So far I really have enjoyed my stay at Allyson gardens. There hasn't been much noise or issues with other neighbors and the complex has done a wonderful job with all the snow we have got this year. We had a couple of issues signing up for our online payments and our first months rent not processing through but they have been very willing to help and been very understanding with all of our problems.

|Recommended: YesReally Good Community To Live In. Quiet And Plenty Of Space. — I like living in the apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any problems. The community is quiet. It next to a lot of places like BestBuy, Target, Walmart, Giant, Safeway, and a lot of good restaurants. Fairly close to 795 also. Apartments are specious and nice.
